平素は格別のご高配を賜り、厚くお礼申し上げます。
最近、当社の取締役等の名前を騙って、海外のプロジェクトの責任者等のポジションをオファーし、その報酬の受取のために海外の銀行に口座開設を依頼する、という不審なメールが、当社のロゴや、取締役の署名（当然正規のものではございません）入りのレター等とともに、主に東南アジアの不特定多数の個人に送付されているという事例を確認しております。
当社は第三者に対しダイレクトメールにより求人案内等を送付することはなく、本件は当社とは何の関係もございません。不審なメールに返信等されませんよう、ご注意ください。

Recently, we are getting several alert information by partners that there are some fraud emails distributed by criminals which are offering managing positions such as a local representative in charge of overseas’ projects (mainly in Southeast Asia) and requesting to open a bank account in overseas in order to receive the compensation, with a XSOL’s logo and a letter with a false signature of some of our directors.
However, this matter has nothing to do with our company. Please be careful of such suspicious emails and do not reply if you receive some of them.
This issue has been reported to Japanese police and we will take all necessary countermeasures against the false domain such as [xsol-jp.co].
